  • Confidence cap: a practice with few reviews cannot reach the top tiers
  • A practice with no verifiable Google rating, or fewer than three reviews, is left unranked rather than shown a made-up number

Update Frequency

Rankings are recalculated on every data update. Major reputation changes typically

reflect within a few days. The site rebuilds daily via automated deployment.
